Conflicts are an integral part of the reality of work. Conflict resolution competence includes analytical thinking, taking responsibility, and the ability to communicate constructively and empathetically.
The workshop introduces various types of conflict, highlights the risks and opportunities of a conflict, and raises awareness of causes and signals. Participants will learn de-escalation techniques, how to ensure understanding, change perspectives, and strategies for finding solutions. Phases of mediation are practiced for fair, goal-oriented negotiation of different interests and needs.

Different ways of working and communication styles meet with different generations in the company. This can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts, impair motivation and reduce productivity.
The workshop provides insights into the causes of conflicts between generations and teaches techniques for improving communication and the working climate. Together, we will develop strategies to establish an appreciative corporate culture in which the strengths of all generations are used and cooperation is strengthened sustainably.
