The Ethical Manifesto – for
value-based cooperation

Cultural diversity is part of everyday working life. For managers, a diverse team is often a challenge, as different attitudes, ways of working and expectations meet and often lead to conflicts. Diversity needs good moderation so that it can be recognized as a strength. The key to a value-based and synergetic cooperation is the Ethical Manifesto.

Regarding the method: The initial question – What should we know about each other in order to be able to work together appreciatively and productively – is divided into five action-guiding work phases: Self-reflection – Concretization – Contextualization – Prioritization – Implementation.

The Ethical Manifesto can be used as part of a team-building measure to improve communication and strengthen mutual trust.
Possible formats: 2-day workshop or 8 online meetings (90 min)
